My 1st vehicle and the ICON FJ series
My first vehicle was a 1972 Toyota Landcruiser FJ-40. Hunter green with a straight 6, I loved this thing! Wish I still had it. We bought it from a friend, did some work to it and soon sold it after my parents came to decide it wasn't a good first vehicle for a crazy 16yr old kid with brother who likes roll vehicles down hills... Here it is pictured to right with me next to it and my brother next to one of his first Jeeps.
Now a company has decided to reclaim the design and update the heck out of it. The ICON FJ Series channels the potent Toyota Land Cruiser line of yesteryear (1960-1978) and gives it new life. The line is a refashioned triumvirate of vehicles that throws a modern spin on the since defunct Land Cruiser aesthetic.
