"I am in San Antonio, TX, a thousand miles from my home in Denver, CO, and these are the everyday essentials I decided were necessities for my trip.  The OG Bursts (with full length zoom units under the insoles) exhibit some great qualities that I appreciate in life.  They are visually stunning with a dual color bubble and contrasting black mesh and white leather upper, they've defied the odds and held up strong under pressure after 17 years, and best of all, they were dirt cheap at about $18.  Aside from a comfortable pair of kicks, my daily adventures on my trip are accompanied by the very basics.  I carry a wallet with identification and other items (papers, business papers...), my p.o.s. "smart" phone which usually doubles as my music device, my prescription sunglasses for eye concealment/vision enhancement, a couple of 35mm cameras and some film (and my keys for when it's time to go home).  I like to photograph colorful subjects and natural environments with film, it's a hobby and a way to challenge my creativity, and it's something I can do virtually anywhere as long as I have a camera. The lenses I brought give me the ability to capture a variety of shots from wide landscapes and buildings to far away fauna and flora, to the comfort of the 50mm which can be used for anything from close-ups, portraits and street scenes to land and cityscapes.  The only thing missing in this picture is a pair of in-ear headphones, as I usually have a soundtrack while on an adventure in a place like San Antonio, TX." - Brian G.
