Detroit in Ruins

Here are 33 photos of abandoned homes in Detroit. This is out of the estimated 18,000 that exist in the city right now. The city's population has gone from 2 million to less than 800,000 in less than 50 years. And the number is getting smaller by the day. It is estimated that the birth rate in Detroit has declined 49% in recent years and loses 1,200 residents per month due to relocation. Is it fair to say Detroit will no longer exist in near future, YES, unless something happens fast.
